Question:
What sort of topics should be asked in Science/alternative category?

If it's an alternative to science then it's not science is it? And 'alternative science' doesn't sound right either. Articles have been written about 'Islamic science' as being somehow alternative to 'western science' but again just what does that mean? Isn't science just science?

I was just about that ask what this is doing under "science" since I just noticed this category. It really should be under mythology or religion because it is more similar to that than anything else.

There was a South Park episode a few weeks ago, about how "9/11 conspiracy theories" were a conspiracy themselves because 25% of the population is retarded and needs to believe in ridiculous conspiracies. No offense to the mentally challenged. But it does seem like a lot of people out there need to believe in Loch Ness monster, Roswell UFOs, etc.

You could prob put wack stuff like, multiple universes - if i went back in time and killed my father type qestions, time travel. Also "religious" science, how some people believe the earth was created by god, things like "Intelligent design" which many scientists do not consider a science, though beilievers do, I assume there is the same for Islam.

Maybe it shouldn't be in the science section, but if it is going to be then let it be for whatever type question people like. I just asked a cryptozoological question I never would have dared ask in the zoology category.

NO topics. As you know, this section is BS.
