This Theory And If It's Ever Been Proven And If So
Who Proved It And How?

Doppleganger theory is the word you are looking for and it's not a theory in the scientific sense. It's a hypothesis at best. It's a dream paranoid people have, nothing more.

I don't know if it has been proven by traditional methods but I believe it. First, I have seen my cousin's double. Looked just like him but in another part of the country. No relation. I have seen sites where people have found old photographs of people that have died and they look just like them. Look at cats and dogs, I am sure you have seen one that may have looked exactly like another.
