Not necessarily, there, bubby. Hydrocephalics (folks afflicted with "water on the brain" - a birth defect) tend to have bulgy foreheads, as do those with Downs. But in neither case is the bulge indicative of superior intelligence.

If you want to know if you are smart, challenge your mind. Do puzzles, take tests (there are plenty of IQ tests available on-line), or attempt to join the local chapter of MENSA.

Just keep in mind what Forrest Forrest Gump's momma always said, "Smart is as smart does."

And that's all I have to say about that.

No.

I suggest IQ tests to determine approximate intelligence. The issue really is what do you mean by smart? IQ tests look at stored knowledge and practical use of it. Street smarts are much more important for daily survival and cannot be learned in schools.

a "BULGIER" FOREHEAD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH INTELLIGENCE. NO FOREHEAD AT ALL WOULD BE A BIG PROBLEM. TRY TESTING YOUR IQ, USING THIS SITE TO FIND OUT HOW SMRT YOU ARE.

It's the back of the head that's supposed to tell you if you're clever. If the back curves out, it's called a "knowledge bump", but if it more or less goes straight down, flat, it's supposed to mean you're of average intelligence or below.

No, it merely means that you have a larger head. To see if you're smarter than others get an iq test.

To answer your first question: no.

To answer your second question I'll plagiarize a quote by an author that escapes me at the moment : "Keep quiet and allow others to assume you are stupid, or open your mouth and remove all doubt."

no to the first question, and try an IQ test and an EQ test :)
