I have bad energy that is with me at the moment, what can i do to free it? i moved into a new house aroung a month ago and i think it is from my house!

If you think it's your home, you can cleanse it. There is more potent energy within you than whatever residual energy is stuck to the house. Spend some quiet time in each room, pay attention to how you feel in each setting, see if you can narrow it down... if your not familiar with cleansing techniques, find someone locally who is, or do some research. But absolutely take care of the negative energy you are feeling personally first. Meditate a little and focus on building a bubble of protective energy around you, then worry about the house.
